Other things to note This is a No Pet Policy Property. You will be evicted without reimbursement if you bring a pet to our home. We have a STRICT no parties (gatherings) or excessive noise/music. You will be evicted without reimbursement if you are having a party in our home or disturbing the neighbors. A party is defined as 10 or more people onsite. You must move inside after 10 PM to comply with the San Diego Noise Ordinance. NO smoking, vaping, or marijuana use on the property. There will be a $500 fine for a deep cleaning.
