Bedrooms 1 and 2 offer king-sized beds, bedroom 3 and four deliver with queen-size beds, and the loft bedroom offers 7 twins along with a foosball table for entertainment. Guests will enjoy a variety of living areas, one with stone wood burning fireplace, one with panoramic views of the lake and mountains and a pool table, and the main living space with comfy seating galore as well as a TV, DVD, CD, and Wi-Fi. There is a dining area (6) and bar seating (4) open to the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances. There is a laundry room onsite. The elevator offers the only interior access upstairs. Outside, guests will reveal in a lovely beach front with privacy fence. Perfect for dining on the beach at the table and chairs provided or kicking back around the firepit in the Adirondack chairs. As far as parking, this home fits 4 cars. New regulations in South Lake Tahoe, guests must be quiet after 10 pm and no more cars than can fit in the driveway. Update- Please note a recent review was left insinuating bed bugs. We hired a professional exterminator, who examined the house completely and provided full report. No treatments were needed as no bedbugs were found. This lakefront home has the best location in South Lake Tahoe, within walking distance of all the areas attractions.
