Nice spacious vacation home

Spacious vacation home with 3 bedrooms. Centrally located in relation to Nijmegen, recreational areas, forest and heath. There is an indoor swimming pool nearby. The vacation home is used by us, but you can also enjoy it. The house has nice beds, a nice bathroom and a washing machine. There is good WiFi and a nice lounge set with umbrella in the garden. The center of Wijchen is a few kilometers away. Here are nice restaurants, stores and several supermarkets. The space The bungalow is rented exclusively for recreational purposes. Smoking is not allowed in the bungalow, and pets are not allowed. Includes bedding and towels. General information This bungalow at Wighenerhorst Park is a modern and attractively furnished holiday home, suitable for up to 6 people. The bungalow is on a plot of 380m² with a living area of about 90m². There is a shed where the cushions for the garden set and the parasol are stored. The recreational bungalow consists of a living room with open kitchen, toilet on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with sink and shower + toilet. The house is heated with a central heating system. Living room The attractively decorated living room is equipped with comfortable furniture and good (ambient) lighting. There is a (smart) TV that can be streamed. High speed internet connection is available via WiFi. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, combination microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom The bathroom consists of a vanity unit with sink and mirror, shower, toilet and closet. A hairdryer is available. Half-bath There is a toilet on the ground floor as well as in the bathroom. Indoor storage In the storage room, there is a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing board with iron. Bedroom 1 This cozy bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with a double box spring bed of 1.6 meters wide with two pillows and a double duvet. In the room, there is a closet with plenty of storage space for clothes. Bedroom 2 This cozy bedroom has a bunk bed, a storage cabinet and is located on the ground floor next to the living room. The bunk bed has two comfortable mattresses with pillows and duvets. Guest bedroom 3 This cozy bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with two single box spring beds with pillows and two duvets. There is also a storage/hanging cabinet. Garden The garden has a lounge set with cushions (in the shed). The cushions should be stored in the shed at night and in case of rain. There is a lot of privacy in the garden. Other There is a fold-out baby bed with mattress and a high chair available. In the bedroom with the double bed is a closet with a lock. These two cabinets store the owners' personal belongings and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note You will be staying in someone else's recreational home, so please treat it with care and respect. In the recreational home, there is a folder with information such as house rules, emergency number, restaurants, recreational areas, etc. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the recreational home. It is forbidden to charge an electric car with electricity from the vacation home. Upon detection, the rental will be terminated immediately and no refund will be paid. There is access to the open outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing lawn at the vacation park. Maximum depth is 1.4 meters. Swimming is possible from June to August.
