Nice spacious vacation home

Spacious vacation home with 3 bedrooms. Centrally located to Nijmegen, recreation areas, forest and heath. There is an indoor pool nearby. The holiday home is used by us ourselves, but you can also enjoy it. The house has pleasant beds, a nice bathroom and a washing machine. There is good Wi-Fi and pleasant lounge set with parasol in the garden. The center of Wijchen is a few kilometers away. Here are nice restaurants, shops and several supermarkets. The space The bungalow is exclusively rented for recreation. It is not allowed to smoke in the bungalow and pets are not allowed. Includes bedding and towels. General information This bungalow at park Wighenerhorst is a modern and attractively furnished holiday home, suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The bungalow is located on a plot of 380m ² with a living area of about 90m ². There is a barn where the cushions for the garden set and the umbrella are stored. The recreation bungalow consists of a living room with open kitchen, toilet on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with sink and shower + toilet. The house is heated with a central heating system. Living room The attractively furnished living room has comfortable furniture and good (atmosphere) lighting. There is a (smart) TV that can be streamed to. High speed internet connection is available via WIFI. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a spacious fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, combination microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom The bathroom includes a vanity unit with sink and mirror, shower, toilet and closet. A hairdryer is available. Half-bath There is a toilet available both on the ground floor and in the bathroom. Indoor storage room In the storage room there is a washing machine, a drying rack and ironing board with iron. Bedroom 1 This cozy bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a double box spring bed of 1.6 meters wide with two pillows and a double duvet. In the room there is a closet with enough storage for clothes. Guest bedroom 2 This cozy bedroom has a bunk bed, a wardrobe and is located on the ground floor next to the living room. The bunk bed has two pleasant mattresses with pillows and duvets. Guest bedroom 3 This cozy bedroom is located on the 1st floor with two single box spring beds with pillow and two duvets. Also, a laying/hanging closet is provided. Garden The garden has a lounge set with pillows (in the shed). The cushions must be stored in the shed at night and in case of rain. There is a lot of privacy in the garden. Others There is a fold-out baby crib with mattress and high chair available. In the bedroom with the double bed is a closet with a lock. These two cabinets store the owners' personal belongings and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note You'll be staying in someone's recreational home, so please treat it with care and respect. In the recreational home there is a folder with information such as house rules, emergency number, restaurants, recreational areas, etc. Smoking and pets are prohibited in the recreational home. It is forbidden to charge an Electric car with power from the holiday home. Upon discovery, the rental will be terminated immediately and no refund will be paid. There is access to the open outdoor swimming pool with sunbathing area on the holiday park. Maxomal depth is 1.4m. Swimming can be done in the months of June to August.
