Various supermarkets, restaurants and recreational facilities are within a short driving distance. The space Inside you will find: • 🛏️ A spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size box spring • 🛋️ A cozy living room with sofa bed and various games/activities for evenings indoors • 🧺 A washing machine and various kitchen facilities – ideal for longer stays Outside waiting: • 🏊 A shared swimming pool in the garden (seasonal use) • 🌅 A terrace with evening sun, perfect for a drink • 🌳 Peace, space and nature all around Guest access As a guest, you will have access to: • 🏡 The entire apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) • 🌅 Terrace with evening sun • 🌳 Shared garden • 🏊 Shared swimming pool Convenient: • 🚗 Private parking space at the cottage • 🧺 Washing machine available for use Other things to note • 🚭 Smoking in the cottage is not allowed. • 🐾 Pets are not allowed • 🔇 Rest after 10 p.m. due to the rural surroundings and neighbors. • 🛏️ The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, including use of the sofa bed. • ❄️ In the winter period, not all outdoor facilities may be available. 🪙 The price does not include tourist tax. For this, we use the taxes from the municipality that is charged for 5% of the booking fee excluding VAT. 🛍️ Linen package, towels, WiFi, gas, water and electricity are included in the booking fee.
