As a result, you have neighbors and it can sometimes be noisy.    •   Located on the Ringvaart, with a jetty for boats, ideal for lovers of boating or water sports.    •   From the entrance hall and stairs to the upper floor, you have access to your own front door, allowing you to enjoy full privacy. Parking and Access    •   You have a large, free parking space right at the door.    •   The site is closed with an entrance gate, the code of which you will receive after your booking.    •   The entrance gate closes automatically, ensuring a safe and secure parking space. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the following facilities:    •   Your private apartment: A fully independent apartment with its own entrance on the second floor.    •   Free parking: Right in front of the door, closed with an access gate for which you will receive the code after your booking.    •   Jetty on the Ringvaart: Ideal for guests who have a boat or want to enjoy the water.    •   Cozy garden gazebo (shared facility)       •   This gazebo is available from the end of April to September and is designated by the host.       •   It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.       •   From the gazebo, you have a beautiful view over the meadow, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature.       •   House rules for the gazebo:          •   No music or sound equipment allowed.          •   After 10 p.m., it should be quiet to avoid inconvenience to other guests.
