Guest access Guests have use of the entire 2 BR/2.5 Bath townhouse including the upstairs balcony. Parking available in the common parking area for one (1) car. The parking area is a shared/common area so guests are urged to not disturb or block any other vehicles parked in the common parking area. Easy walk-up access to the property available using the pedestrian gate entrance. Lockbox code provided to guests the morning of check-in so they can access the keys to enter the property. Automatic gate remote left for guests inside the property for use during their stay. Other things to note *Trinidad is not known to be a "touristy" or "resort island" destination; as such, we kindly ask guests to manage their expectations with respect to 5-star service and amenities wherever you go. Once you do, you will be even more likely to have an enjoyable and memorable stay! *Townhouse is located in a quiet, safe residential area in La Seiva, Maraval, Trinidad in a neighborhood called La Seiva Villas. *The La Seiva Villas neighborhood, in which the townhouse is located, is along a steeply curving hilly road. While the townhouse is located near the bottom/start of the hill, if you're unaccustomed to hill driving or walking, you'd need to take your time making the short drive or walk up the hill to get to the house. *Townhouse has been recently updated but is located in an older neighborhood/compound which does not have any outdoor gardens, playgrounds or entertainment spaces. However, a private 2nd story balcony is attached to the front bedroom, where you can relax while enjoying views of the mountain and surrounding area. *Easy access to public transportation (buses, taxis) via the Maraval Saddle Road, which is approx. 5 minutes walk from townhome. *We are on an island with rationed water supply and frequent disruptions to the pipe-borne water service. An 800 gallon back up water supply tank has been provided for your convenience and peace of mind; however, we kindly ask all guests to avoid water wastage and to conserve the water supply. *Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for an additional fee.
