The space Entire apartment for yourself (69m2). In front of Cap Blanc Bay, in Faro de Cullera. It has two bedrooms and a private balcony with sea views. It is perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is located within the best residential area of Cullera, Cap Blanc. There is a sofabed in the salon that is very comfortable if you want to stay with 5. Fully equipped kitchen. One king size double bed bedroom. one small bedroom with a doble bed. A very good sofabed in the salon. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nice and spacious salon with large flat TV. All kind of amenities such bathroom and beach towels, clean bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo, dinning table, sofa, coffee & coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washmachine, etc The accommodation has ceiling fans in the saloon and the two rooms. The swimming pool in the building facility is to be shared with the neighbours of the building (open from 1st June to 30th September) Guest access The apartment is entirely for our guests. There is a free parking on the access to the building. IMPORTANT: Although the building has an elevator, it is necessary to climb a few stairs to access it. Peaceful area with several beautiful beaches to enjoy. ACCESS TO THE BEACH: The apartment is around 400m from the beach ("Cap Blanc" Beach), although the road is really steep. If you're in good shape you can easily walk. It takes around 4min to descent and around 8min to return. However, if you travel with small kids or your physical condition doesn't allow such a steep walk, it is adviceable to drive and park at the entrance of our Cap Blank Residential (less than 1 min drive). The Cap Blanc beach has crystal clear waters and is one of the most beautiful corners around Faro de Cullera. Other beaches around "Faro Cullera" have also cristyal clear waters and white sand. Beach Bar "PERLA NEGRA" just in front of the beach. Trendy and cozy. Large and high quality Supermarket ("Consum") very close to the apartment, with a large inside parking and easy access. Plenty of cultural activities around Cullera: aquaparks, music festivals, shoping, water sports (sailing, widsurf, water-ski...), restaurants, etc. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 1) Apartment is located in a calm and family oriented area. It is of a great importance to respect the building rules. 2) NO PARTIES ARE ALOWED at the apartment. 3) The building is inside a residential complex where people enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful area. 4) SWIMING POOL: The swiming pool is open from 10:30am until 15:30, and from 17:30 until 22:00 (operational from June until 15 th October. 5) CHECKIN & CHECKOUT times: Checkin is from 16h Checkout before 12pm In case of special requests out of these times we cannot garantee the availability because the cleaning staff is already very busy and has a limited time to prepare the apartment beetween guests. 6) NUMBER OF GUESTS: It is mandatory to respect the maximum number of guests contracted for the stay. It is strictly forbidden to host more people than those stipulated in the booking. For 2 guests, one double bed is prepared. Extra bed is important to request 2 days before arrival. 7) GARBAGE: There are three garbage trashes in the apartment. We ask the guests to dispose the gargabe bags into the containers located down the street when these are full, and before checkout. 7) NOISE: No noise can be made at night so the neighborhood is not disturbed. In summer there are a lot of people, rest of the year very quiet and peaceful.
