Relax and let go of the stress! We have your home away from home. Come kick off your shoes and hang out. Our home is your home. We live here as well so it’s a live-in kind of situation. Click to book! —————— Considerations: - Cleaning Fee - OG Airbnb style - Renovations are a CONSTANT! Expect projects in living room/yard. The space This is a duplex home. Other side is our tenants, we do our best to respect their side. So just be mindful. Our yard is fenced in so you can have the privacy of hanging out in the front yard to do a work out or sun bathe or just enjoy the trees hugging us. We call this house our “tree house” 🏡 . We slowly plan to do renovations (open to hear your suggestions) on our yard and in the house, hence the “construction site” in the front yard. We are really excited! Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen/dining and living room. This is all one large room. As well as, the bathroom and front yard. Guests can park on the street (see picture with the parking area circled in YELLOW and restricted parking areas crossed out in RED) by our driveway but not on the side with the mailbox as there is a ditch and we can’t pull you out with our tiny Corolla ;) Going to the other side of the duplex, yard, shed etc., is not allowed. Going into our room, master, is not allowed. Laundry is located in our room. Please ask us and we will do your laundry :) Thank you! During your stay We are pretty laidback and open. We love to learn about other people, cultures and languages. We can hang out, watch a show, play games or share a meal. But we also understand people need their alone time and space; so do we! So whatever is best! Other things to note We would love to greet you when you arrive and give you a mini tour to feel comfortable and adjusted. But if schedules don’t align we will make other arrangements. We are constantly working on house projects or renovations to make it better. So expect the unexpected! Please be flexible and forgiving. We will do our best to not inconvenience you and still provide a good space. Current project: bathroom renovations & yard. Week or Longer Stays (week or more): Please provide your own personal soaps, shampoos, conditioners and laundry soap. Must have if staying for a Week or longer. 🙏 Long-Term Please note: for extended stays (30 days or more), utilities, WiFi, and shared household costs will be billed separately with a signed long-term agreement. This will be discussed before check-in. Special Amenities: Lake access is with Lake Jackson. We do not live on the lake but are considered in the neighborhood of the lake. There used to be boat access down the street from us but that is more of a swamp and too many overgrown trees you cant use boat ramp.. There is boat access about a 5 min drive down the road. Sauna use is through my work as I am the manager there. Its a public use. Ask me questions. I can provide discounts. Thank you
