Located at Sea Sands Condominiums, this property is only a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach and town. You can drive golf carts around town and to and from the condo. Guests at Shore Thing have use of the community swimming pool and can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the beach. Ground floor so no stairs to climb! Inside you will find a well-appointed kitchen with range, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. There is a coffee bar with a Keurig and a regular Mr. Coffee maker. The living area has a convertible sofa that opens into a queen bed as well as two comfortable swivel chairs. The dining table seats 4 and there are two bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. A large flat screen smart TV is mounted for your viewing pleasure. This TV has Spectrum cable as well as smart apps you can login to with your account info. The main sleeping area has a king size bed with a comfy hybrid mattress as well as a 32 inch flat screen smart tv on the dresser. This TV has the Spectrum App where you can watch cable and also login to other apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon! A plus with this condo is the large outdoor patio that looks onto a grassy area and the Coral Cay tennis courts. Enjoy some outside time in this private area and take in the morning sunrise. Located out here are community in ground BBQ grills for your grilling needs. The swimming pool is located by the Sea Sands office where you will also find a community laundry room. Wifi service is also provided. Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served. Guest access Guests have sole access to this condo unit as well as access to the common grounds including: the swimming pool, beach walkover, community laundry facility and BBQ pits. Please note that the pool, laundry and BBQ pits are shared with other guests. The laundry facilities are coin operated. The beach walkover is shared with Coral Cay Condos, which are located between Sea Sands and the beach Other things to note Age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve this property. Guests under 25 would need to be accompanied by a parent or family member. SELF-CATERING: This property is self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. NO SMOKING!
