Perfect for families & groups, our spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests & offers a mix of relaxation & excitement just minutes from Disney World and ChampionsGate Golf Club. Enjoy a private movie theater, a fully equipped game room, & access to incredible resort-style amenities including a lazy river, pool with slide, gym, tennis courts, & more—all within a secure, gated community. The space Master Bedroom 1: King Suite with an attached full bathroom and 50” Roku TV (Downstairs) Master Bedroom 2: King Suite with an attached full bathroom and 50” Roku TV (Upstairs) Bedroom 3: Queen Suite with an attached full bathroom and 50” Roku TV (Upstairs) Themed Bedroom 4: Star Wars Room with 2 single beds, full bathroom, and 36” Roku TV (Upstairs) Themed Bedroom 5: Mickey Mouse Room with 2 single beds, shared Jack and Jill bathroom, and 36” Roku TV (Upstairs) Entertainment: Movie Theater: Enjoy the newly renovated movie room with an 85" Roku TV and LED mood lighting. Game Room: Features a full-sized pool table, ping-pong table topper, ice hockey, foosball, Pac-Man arcade machine, and a large Connect 4. Full access to Solterra Resort’s clubhouse amenities, including: A large pool with a slide Lazy river Fully equipped gym Cabanas, grill, and bar Tennis courts and a playing field Nestled in a secure, manned gated community, offering peace of mind and privacy. PLEASE NOTE: Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $152 plus tax, 4 days $188 plus tax, 5+ days $45/per day plus tax. This home is NOT pet friendly, Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals. Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival. Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company, and they will need access to the pool/Spa area. On rare events they may have to come a 2nd time. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company. They will need access to the lawn/bushes around the home including any fenced in back yards. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday’s etc. Due to HOA Policy Rv's, Boats and Commercial Vehicles are not permitted on the premises All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 soap per sink, 1 kitchen paper roll, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin, and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and all the resort facilities.
