Welcome to the Cliffs! This two bedroom condo is the perfect retreat for a great Branson vacation! Located just 3 MINUTES from Silver Dollar City, 8 minutes from Indian Point Marina, and 11 minutes from the Branson HWY 76 strip, this retreat sits in the perfect Branson location! You also get a view of Table Rock Lake from the back patio and all the comforts of home inside! Come stay and create some unforgettable memories! The space This 2 bedroom condo is located on the lower level and does include a flight of stairs down to the front door. The living room is the perfect spot to relax after a day filled with Branson adventures! Cozy up in front of the fireplace and enjoy a movie or the big game! The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you would need to cook up your favorites or order take-out from Backyard Pizza, just down the road! The primary bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub! There is also separate access out to the back patio where you can sip on your morning coffee and soak in the lake view! Bedroom 2 also has a king bed with access to Bathroom 2, so everyone has their own space. The couch in the living is also a queen size sofa sleeper to fit those two extra people! Guest access The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the community pool (open seasonally), the community grills and firepit, and the walking trails at the lower portion of the neighborhood. Other things to note NEED OTHER CONDOS? We have several other condos at the Cliffs Resort and are ready to help you accommodate whatever your needs may be! Just let us know what else you are looking for! BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! Indian Point Marina is just 9 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on The Cliff’s property. CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
