D Condo Kathu is a private (no sharing), comfortable and safe place to stay. The condo has a key card access and a security gate entrance. Great for couples, Family (with kids) & Solo Travelers. the room is well furnished and has everything you need. the condo is well designed with a lovely pool & gym facility. If you need a washing service, there are two just outside the condo a 2 min walk. There is a 7/11 and pharmacy along with a few bars just on the main road. Free WiFi in common areas and in private free wifi at unit. Vending machine at the lobby with basic food and drinks. Parking is available on the street next to the condo. Please be mindful for designated parking areas. If you prefer parking on property a sticker for a parking spot there is a one time fee of 500THB for the entire stay. Please note there is only limited spots available and there is a chance parking lots are all taken some days. Other things to note 🟢 Internet and common fees are included in the rental price. 🟢 Stay with 20 days or More Electricity & Water will have to be paid separately at 7 THB per unit electric. To give you an idea, the AC consumes a bit more than 1 unit (i.e. 7 THB) per hour. 🟢 Help us to save energy and protect the environment, please use the AC only when needed. Thank you 🟢 Our condo is a Strict NO SMOKING 🚭. A Penalty of THB 3000 will be fined. 🟢 You will be provided with a key card to get in and out of the condo if you loose the key card there will be a fine of TBH 500.
