Upon entering, you can enjoy an open kitchen, dining room and living room space. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric burners, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, among other necessary implements to prepare a good dish. The living room has a comfortable and elegant sofa, TV, fan and soft lighting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with high quality bedding, guaranteeing a restful sleep, TV and air conditioning, as well as a large closet and private bathroom for the room. The secondary room has two single beds, ideal for those traveling in a group, a closet, TV and ceiling fan. Our accommodation has a full guest bathroom. You can enjoy a terrace, which can function as a relaxation space, ideal for those who travel looking for a quiet space enjoying a beautiful view. And on the same floor there is a social play area ideal for families traveling with children. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and you can also use the building's gym located on level 3 (previously requesting a key from the security guard), work in the co-work area or if you travel with children you can make use of the game room that is on the same level as the apartment. Other things to note When you enter the apartment, you'll find the following "courtesy" items: - 2 Bottles of water - Ground coffee - Chamomile tea bags - Salt, pepper, and cooking oil If you need more water, coffee, fruits, vegetables, prepared food, extra cleaning items, among others, "You must buy them"... when you have confirmed your reservation and if you request it, we will gladly send you a list that includes: restaurants, supermarkets and cafes that are close to the accommodation or places where you can order by phone and/or through an app and they will take the products to the apartment.
