The space Amazing private executive apartment located on the FIFTH FLOOR with a luxurious KING-SIZE bed, air conditioning, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (electric grill, modern refrigerator, Airfryer, coffee maker, blender, microwave, sandwich grill, water heater, and kitchen utensils), dining area with seating for 4, 80" SMART TV, stable and fast 400 MB Wi-Fi connection, and a private balcony. It is ideal for 1 to 2 people. You will be able to use the terrace, smart gym, washing area, coworking areas and shared pool where we have tables, chairs, hammocks and beds. Other things to note The building has an automatic power generator, so situations like power outages won't affect your experience. The apartment is on the fifth floor (staircase access), which also allows you to enjoy greater privacy. In addition, you will have very convenient access to the Roof Garden, sun area with lounge chairs, and laundry area, all located on this same level. You have private parking, with a secure option for parking on the street. If you arrive before your check-in time, you are welcome to leave your bags and wait in the common areas while your room is being prepared. If your flight leaves later, you can also store your luggage and continue enjoying your activities. We can provide you with reliable car rental options, with delivery at the airport or directly at the Airbnb. The location is ideal for getting around Cancún and the Riviera Maya: we are just 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Hotel Zone, 40 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 1 hour 20 minutes from Tulum, 20 minutes from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, and approximately 2 hours from Chichén Itzá.
