First floor is a modern open concept including living room with smart tv plus dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen hosts black stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. On the second floor the master bedroom has a 55 inch smart tv and queen bed. Also on the second floor is featured a full bathroom and second bedroom furnished with bunk bed full size and twin. On to the 3rd floor is one additional bedroom With a queen size bed and sitting chair. Down from the first floor is the 2nd living furnished with luxury futon couch and pull out day bed sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy a 55inch smart tv and just off to the right you have second full bathroom and laundry area. Out back there’s a quiet private yard furnished with a patio seating. Guest access Guest has access to the entire property and all amenities. There will be electronic key pad for access and the garage will be a locked cabinet for our cleaning supplies. Other things to note As we’d like to provide a quality experience for you we’d like to do the same for our neighbors. Therefore we will be implementing quiet hours after 9pm.
