The space The perfect large mountain house for your relaxing vacation. The house is a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with an open vaulted main room. What makes this house special is the large open main gathering area that can accommodate everyone. The living room, entrance area, kitchen and dinning room are all one big space. The kitchen is roomy with lots of counter space and bar seating for 5. Fully updated and stocked for ease of cooking for your group. The living room is vaulted with large windows looking out on the valley views. Kitchen A space you will enjoy! Fully updated and stocked! This space is large and very fun for many guests to be cooking at once. There is tons of counter space, a gas range as well as a second electric oven for cooking big meals. There is a large sink below a window and a French door fridge with two ice makers, one being craft ball ice. Seating for 5 at the peninsula makes for cooking a social activity. Dinning room Next to and open to the kitchen is the beautiful reclaimed wood dinning table below an antler chandelier. Leather and metal chairs seat 8. Living room. An open and airy area of the main room that holds the large L couch in front of the large bank of windows. The views of the valley are amazing! A large tv is on the wall and visible from the kitchen and dinning room. Master Bedroom Located on the main floor, this bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. Sliding doors lead out to the deck. A cozy couch for sitting also pulls out into a bed. The bathroom has a large shower, double vanities and a big soaking tub. Upstairs bedrooms Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a door out to a back porch. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and also a door out to a back porch. Bedroom 4 has 4 single beds in a custom bunk bed. This room has big windows with great high up valley views. Main floor bedroom/ den This room has a Murphy bed, a couch, desk, and small tall cabinet for storage. There is a sliding barn door to close this room off. Main floor bunk room. Off the main floor is a small bunk room with 3 single beds. There is no closet or window in this room but it is a favorite of kids and loud sleepers. It has the ski trail wall paper. Garage. A large heated 2 car garage is a great place to keep your gear and get ready. There is a Murphy bed and a full bathroom in the garage. There is also a workbench with tools to assist with gear repair. Front deck A large front deck is the perfect place to enjoy summer sunsets and relax. There is a large seating area as well as a concrete dinning table for 8. This is one of the highlights of the house and an amazing space in the summer with incredible views of the valley. Hot tub A beautiful setting for the fun hot tub to be at. Up high on the hill in the backyard, it feels very private. Guest access You get the entire house and property Other things to note No smoking. No loud noises. No parties. This is a residential neighborhood. Maximum of 4 cars. This is a high alpine environment with winter conditions present around the house. The driveway requires 4 wheel drive to get up in the winter.
