Chamberí - Cozy apartment

Discover our cozy and quiet apartment in the charming Chamberí neighborhood of Madrid. This home, with a classic and charming touch, is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Book now and enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Chamberí! The space Work is currently being carried out on the exterior facade of the building, so there is scaffolding there. Guest access The building does not have an elevator, but its central location and the charm of the space make the experience worthwhile. Other things to note House rules: - Quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, in the apartment and in the common areas of the building. - No Smoking If you do, you will have to pay a 50e fee. - Flexible check-in and check-out depending on availability. Happy to help whenever possible. - Entry or check-in is in person, contact me through the app and we'll arrange the arrival. It's usually at 3:00 PM but I can be flexible if outgoing guests allow me. - Check-in after 10 P.M. will incur an additional charge of €20 - Check-in after midnight will incur an additional fee of €30 - Losing or forgetting the keys will result in a fine of €50 in addition to the cost of repairing/opening/replacing the key or lock. - Guests are expected to keep the home reasonably clean. If the apartment is excessively dirty at check-out, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Also, if the accommodation's garments or textiles (towels, sheets, blankets, etc.) have stains that are difficult to remove, an extra fee may be applied, depending on the type of stain and the complexity of its recovery. - An additional deposit may be requested in certain cases. I'm sorry, but that way I can know that my neighbors won't be disturbed.  - For communications, I prefer to use the app, since either Pat or Dani will respond:)
