This modern and cozy accommodation is the perfect choice for anyone who wants to retreat from the noise of the city and want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature, as well as enjoying the advantage of the proximity of Budapest. The extravagant form and material use harmoniously fits into its peaceful environment! The space Designed by acclaimed architects, Nordic Dream House offers its guests an unforgettable break with its unique use of materials, modern shapes and unique facilities. The 200-square-meter useful floor area of the house with a fully air-conditioned gas boiler, with an alarm and exterior surveillance, as well as an electric motion shade, is complemented by a courtyard terrace with the same size of a single and multi-person sun loungers, cafeteria, and dining table. The huge terrace accommodates the 12.5-meter-long pool and the 35-square-meter two-part pergola with electrically controlled roof and side shading. In one part of the pergola, there is a summer kitchen equipped with cold and hot running water, a refrigerator, Kamado charcoal, and Broil King gas grill, induction hob, and Plancha. Instead of being given in another part of the pergola, it is a comfortable and elegant outdoor seating set with a capacity of seven people. In the central part of the villa building, the living room with a headroom of more than four meters, next to the fireplace is a comfortable sofa set that can provide comfort to all the guests of the house at the same time. Here, in addition to intimate conversations, the entertainment provided by a huge flat-screen TV and high-performance HI-FI can be enjoyed. In the same room, there is a dining table for six with comfortable armchairs, and a high-equipped kitchen for all your needs. Through the hallway from the living room, we can access all three bedrooms, two of which open to a shared bathroom with a bathtub from the hallway. However, we can access from the third bedroom with a bath and separate bathroom with separate shower and double sink and closet space. It is important that not only the living room, but all three bedrooms have direct door connection to the terrace, allowing for a quick change between intimate retreat and outdoor community experience. There are more shopping options, restaurants, pharmacies, post offices locally. Isaszeg has a direct train and intercity bus connection to Budapest.
