The space The Nordic Dream House, an award-winning villa designed by renowned architects, offers its guests an unforgettable relaxation with its unique use of materials, modern forms and unique equipment. The fully air-conditioned house, which can be heated with a gas boiler, has an alarm and an external space monitor, as well as an electrically operated shade, and its 200 square meters of internal useful floor area is complemented by a courtyard terrace with single and multi-person sunbeds, a café set and a dining table. The huge terrace accommodates the 12.5-meter-long pool and the 35-square-meter, two-section, electrically controlled roof and side-shaded pergola. One part of the pergola has a summer kitchen equipped with cold and hot running water, a refrigerator, Kamado charcoal and Broil King gas grills, an induction hob and a Plancha. On the other side of the pergola, there is a comfortable and elegant outdoor seating area with a capacity of seven people. In the central part of the villa building, there is a comfortable sofa next to the fireplace in the living room with a ceiling height of more than four meters, which can provide comfort to all guests of the house at the same time. Here, in addition to intimate conversations, you can enjoy the entertainment provided by the huge flat-screen TV and high-performance HIFI. In the same room there is a six-person dining table with comfortable armchairs and a high-equipped kitchen to meet all needs. Through the corridor from the living room you can reach all three bedrooms, two of which have a shared bathroom with a bathtub from the corridor. However, from the third bedroom, you can access a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a separate shower and a double sink, and a wardrobe room. It is important that not only the living room but also all three bedrooms have a direct door connection to the terrace, allowing for a quick change between intimate retreat and outdoor community experience. From the other corridor opening from the living room, you can approach the comfortable study and separate toilet. There are several shopping facilities, restaurants, pharmacies and post offices on site. Isaszeg has direct rail and intercity bus connections to Budapest.
