The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. License Number HI-20436 EPC F The space The front door opens into an open plan sitting and dining area with a galleried landing above. Heating is provided by an underfloor system and a wonderful log burning stove. A TV and bluetooth speaker are provided for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is off the sitting area. There is a downstairs bedroom with an en-suite wet room. This room can be set up either as a kingsize bed or two small singles, depending on the needs of guests. There is a further family bathroom with a roll topped bath downstairs. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom which can also be set up as a super king bed depending on requirements of guests. On the galleried landing there is a sitting area where guests can read something from our stash of short reads or play traditional games from our games cupboard. The garden to the front of the Manse House is kept for the use of guests. The garden is walled and well sheltered by mature shrubs and trees. At the far end there is a small wooded area with mature trees. Guest access There is level access through a private entrance from the driveway as well as a ground floor bedroom.
