NO Backyard activities past 9pm. + No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the premises. If the evidence of smoking is discovered, a deep cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged. + No Littering: do not litter on the premises or the streets in our neighborhood. + Additional Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Any unregistered guest will be charged $50/person a day.
