The summer house has its own entrance and is equipped with one air conditioner on the ground floor and one air conditioner on the first floor that also works as heating, so you can get the summer cottage to the ideal temperature in summer and winter. The summer house is equipped with fast free WiFi from KPN fiber optic and the flat screen television has all Dutch channels + a number of international channels. On the ground floor, you will also find a new kitchen with, among other things: *Combi oven *Refrigerator with freezer compartment *Cooker for boiling water *Induction hob *Dishwasher *Nespresso coffee machine with coffee, sugar and coffee milk *Towel, tea towel and dishcloth *Tea *Pepper, salt and olive oil In the living room, there is a lovely large lounge sofa with pillows and a reading lamp. The new bathroom is also located on the ground floor and is luxuriously finished and features a walk-in shower with rain shower with hand shower and a large sink and toilet. The bathroom has towels, guest towels, washcloths and toilet paper for the first days. Through the French doors in the kitchen, you enter the courtyard with two chairs and a small side table. On the second floor, you will find a 2 meter 20 long Swiss Sense double bed (2x90cm and 220cm long) with Swiss Sense mattresses and organic bedding and pillows from Yumeko. The bed, bath and kitchen linens are washed perfume free. The bedroom is darkened well by means of shutters. During your stay, you have your own free private parking space on private property in front of the door. The bicycles can also be placed in the attached lockable shed during the stay. The cottage is within walking distance of the boulevard and the beach (300 meters) with its cozy beach bars, restaurants and bars. The swimming pool, mini golf, supermarket, bakery and shopping street are also within walking distance of the summer cottage. The dunes where you can take beautiful walks and bike rides are also within walking distance. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is not included in the price.
