Cozy Retreat, Steps to the Beach

Enjoy ocean views and a prime location in the Ocean Bridge community, just steps from the Hibben Memorial Public Beach Access. No elevators, no crowds, with direct entry to the condo. Two pools, one free parking spot for each condo, and easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment; you'll understand why people love the Shore Drive vibe. Family owned and operated kind of place. If you have allergies, luckily for you the HOA enforces a no-pet policy (sorry, I love animals!). The space Wifi directions are listed at the property and check the television input (HDMI Input 3) if you'd like to watch TV. In my experience people are generally nice. Please be aware of the rules listed here and in the welcome booklet in the unit. Guest access I use a realtor lockbox (makes it somewhat easy for everybody to get in and out of the unit). Other things to note ***Smoking is permitted only on concrete sidewalks and public areas, not the pools, any porch, or wooden walkways due to previous fires and complaints.*** In peak season, please make sure you are hanging your parking pass in the vehicle, as towing will be strictly enforced (it's beach access, so people want those spaces!). In winter months, it is not so important. The noise ordinance from 11:00pm to 8:00am helps keep the vibe at Ocean Bridge very chill.
