Guest access Guests have full access to the entirety of the villa whether they are one person or 10 people; however, we charge additional $50 per guest per night for groups larger than six people. There is no fee for children under 2 years old. Please put in the correct number of guests in your reservation to get the accurate pricing. 1-6 people, price will remain the same, above 6 people there will be an additional fee. Last minute changes may happen. Please let us know if you have additional guests before your arrival so we can inform you of the additional fees. Please note that there is daily maintenance of our pool so our pool maintenance staff member will be there early in the morning cleaning the pool. Please put your garbage in front of the front door and he will pick it up daily. There is also daily maintenance of our garden so you may see Mustafa, our property manager taking care of the garden. Our staff will not enter the villa and will give you the privacy you need. Other things to note Please note that we have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests. In addition, there is a pull out couch in our living room for 2 additional guests but this room doesn’t have privacy. Other guests in the house had access to the living room and open American kitchen area. This room can be ideal for kids or teenagers who don’t mind sleeping in the living room.
