Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located accommodation. Two blocks west of Playa Politas Salinas, on Calle A in Playa Salinas. A fantastic gastronomic route with many restaurants and various beach environments. The bedroom has a double bed In the little house, we offer covered parking, easy access to the ocean for swimming, paddling, and relaxing. A wonderful, covered terrace for outdoor meals with spectacular ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The space Enjoy an open living, kitchen, and dining area with a table perfectly set for remote work, all while taking in stunning ocean views. The bedroom, freshly painted in tropical green, features a double bed, and there are two sofa beds for the kids: one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Shared Spaces: Some outdoor spaces, including the patio, ocean access, hammock, and laundry, are shared. The recreational equipment is also shared, but only if the other house is rented. Guest access The little house features a shared patio, use of hammocks, a grill, and a terrace. A covered parking spot is included with the little house in front of the sea. Recreational equipment such as kayaks, paddle boards, bodyboards, and snorkel gear is available for rent on the property for an additional $80. If you are traveling with a large group, you can rent both houses. Look for listing Oceanfront Seadaroma 2xhouses Other things to note We are located on the "main drag" and you will hear horses, cars, motorcycles, music, dogs and roosters. It's a very active area, especially on the weekends and holidays. We have purchased and installed Air Conditioners in each room allowing you to close off the noisy outside world, shut the windows. We have ear plugs available if you are sensitive to the noise. There will be no refund for noise issues, it's part of the excitement of staying in the midst of it all. If you are looking for a different sort of stay, there are dozens of properties available that are not on the ocean and the main roadway. Puerto Rico is known the world over for inconsistent delivery of general services such as electricity and internet. We personally have not experienced outages here except around inclement weather and you should not have issues during your stay, however, we cannot control or guarantee island services.
