This luxury property is located in the north of Ubud 10 minutes from the center of Ubud, 15 minutes by cretya Ubud with boutiques,yoga,cafes,restaurants, yoga studios,and many vibrant local attractions. The space PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN OUR PROPERTY ADS BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR BOOKING.IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE YOU WANT TO KNOW ,FEEL FREE TO SEND US A MESSAGE. each bedroom has air conditioning, a very generous bathroom and a workspace. please note that only 1 room has a sofa and bathtub. everything in the villa is designed and made in Bali. with a green garden. there is a small parking area in front of the villa that can fit motorbikes and cars. the villa is close to downtown ubud and everything ubud has to offer such as world-class restaurants and healthy eating options. a wider range of natural and cultural experiences gives you the best stay experience in Bali. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the villa Other things to note We have villa staff who will come if needed on certain days. Occasionally we will also come to bring offerings. If you choose to be private and be left alone in the villa for the duration of your stay, please let us know anytime. Our villa is located next to a Balinese family, occasionally there will be the sound of dogs, cats or ayan. and the tropical climate there will be occasional insects that may be attracted to the villa following the light of the lamp,especially at night and during the rainy season. these insects are unavoidable and beyond our control but we will be happy to arrange a transfer as necessary. we recommend that the bedroom door be closed before 6:00pm. there are mosquito nets installed above in each room and we recommend that you seal your bed before the mosquito enters. the mosquito may still occasionally find an entrance. you can also ask for a repellent, although this may not be necessary because these insects are not so dangerous. you can turn on the air conditioning in your bedroom for better air circulation. If you have a phobia of house lizards or geckos or don't like the idea of insects,we don't recommend staying in the green area of Ubud. Accommodation in the city center or in a hotel room might be your best option. The villa has a manually operated bamboo curtain in the living room area that you can pull down if it rains and you feel the morning sun is too bright. Work around the village is noisy activity although it doesn't happen often for example lawn mowing and weddings. Others around the area such as smoke from stoves using firewood for cooking, road work, and traffic jams are unavoidable and out of control. We apologize if this happens. These things sometimes happen without notice and we will never be able to predict them. So we can't tell you in advance, unless it's a future house or building being built next to us. We also want to remind our guests to take extra precautions while in the villa especially the following: getting in and out of the swimming pool wet and walking around the living room, the living room tiles, the rooms and rooms can be slippery when wet. The bathroom floor can also be slippery, so please use the bathroom mat provided or dry yourself properly before walking; supervise young children at all times especially when they are near the swimming pool and when playing around the villa. And lastly for your own safety, make sure all doors are locked before you leave. PLEASE DO GENERAL SAFETY WHILE IN THE VILLA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN NEGLIGENCE. This is a vacation home. Although we want to give our guests an experience like a resort or hotel, we apologize if we can't provide everything you might need, but we'll do our best to help if we're notified in advance.
