All this and much more makes this loft the perfect place to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility and comfort that only a luxury space can offer. The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a step up and easy access, with a serene, warm and cozy decoration, this apartment offers you the perfect balance between style and functionality. LIVING ROOM: We have created a unique space for you to rest after visiting the city and share unique moments with friends and family. Both cold and hot. We have installed two centralized "Mitsubishi" machines and the most powerful on the market, so you can effectively regulate the desired temperature. These machines have special HEPA filters for air change. For the greater comfort of people with respiratory problems, two air filtration machines are available to remove 99.97% of mites, pollen and polluting particles in the air.
