Two Private Rooms 20 Minutes From MD Coast

I own a home in Whaleyville, MD slightly NW of OC with 2 rooms available. House will be shared, as it is my primary residence; however, the two available rooms each have a dresser, closet; guests have private (shared) bathroom. In a quiet farming community ~20 minutes from the MD coast (OC/Assateague Island); perfect if you need a short-term space close to MD eastern shore but are looking to avoid the tourist crowds and over-priced hotels. Discount is available if only one room is needed. The space IMPORTANT! - I own a German Shepherd and two Beagle dogs; they are family to me. If you are "not a dog person" I respectfully request that you seek other accommodations (and I do truly mean respectfully - I get it that dogs aren't for everyone, but I consider mine family, and an unwilling to consider them otherwise). Potential guests must be able to tolerate their presence. They are trained and people-friendly, but the GSD is very stereotypical of her breed and will be very vocal whenever company arrives. A note about the amenities. Wi-Fi is complimentary; network password will be provided upon arrival. TV is listed as complimentary amenity, which is absolutely true. However, it is 100% streaming; I do not have standard cable television. All of my media amenities are through the internet. The primary room has a 32" television that will automatically connect to either Netflix or Amazon Prime. These may be used by guests either on my account or your own, if preferred (the TV will automatically log into my account). Guest access Private bedrooms each with queen bed and full dresser. Primary guest room has 32" TV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. Bathroom is shared, but not with host; guests have their own bathroom. Living areas, kitchen, and yard (full patio with fire pit, grill and outdoor seating) are shared; specific requests for usage may be discussed upon booking. Secondary room shares bathroom with first room but also has queen bed, full dresser, and closet (but no television). The price is set for both rooms. Since the 2nd room has no television, so it is only a 50% up-charge vs. the price of the 1st room. For example, for a Friday or Sat. booking, I ask $120/night; so, the breakdown is $80 for the first room, but $40 for the 2nd. So, if you book only the one room, I will offer it for $80 base price (the actual price on the booking site may vary slightly depending on taxes collected on behalf and/or Airbnb fees). During your stay I work days, M-F. Bookings must be made so arrivals occur when I am home for safety's sake; again, Lady (my German Shepherd's name) is people friendly, but in typical German Shepherd fashion, can be protective of me and my home; this requirement is therefore only a prudent precaution. Arrival times will need to be very early AM, or evening M-F, or on weekends. Advanced notice of arrival time is requested. I will be as flexible as possible. Check-in time M-F is 5pm. To be clear, this DOES NOT apply to Saturday and Sunday check-ins; earlier check-ins may be accommodated if arriving on a weekend; check-outs times can be flexible as long as another guest isn't booked right behind you. Again, will be as flexible as I can be. Other things to note The guest # is set at 4, because the 2 rooms each have a queen-size bed; accommodations for larger groups would be considered. I have an air mattress that I am willing to make available and additional negotiable outdoor space for large parties. Inquire with me; I am willing to be flexible. Each year, the calendar will be blocked from about third week of November thru the end of January (~ 10 weeks); this is my "offseason" to spend holiday time with family.
