I have chickens (no rooster) ranging in the yard and a huge garden in the summer that provides both green space and privacy. The unit comes with its own designated paved parking spot that is gated for privacy and security. The parking spot is right by the guest entrance, so fairly protected from the weather by both the building and the generous overhang from the roof.
