Welcome to our cosy, newly refurbished 1-bedroom annexe in the tranquil village of Michelmersh, just 3 miles from the historic market town of Romsey. Ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families, our private and comfortable annexe offers the perfect base for attending local weddings, exploring family attractions such as Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World, or enjoying scenic countryside walks and the beautiful Test Valley. The space The annexe is adjacent to our family home but entirely self-contained, featuring its own private entrance. Inside, you'll find: * A spacious main bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. * A living area with an optional double sofa bed (available upon request, with a small additional fee). * A fully equipped kitchen for convenient meal preparation. * A modern bathroom with a shower, clean towels, and toiletries provided. * A relaxing dining area perfect for meals and gatherings. * Private outdoor patio seating overlooking a charming garden area, ideal for unwinding. Guest access Guests enjoy private access to the annexe with their own entrance. Complimentary driveway parking is available, providing the convenience to come and go as you please. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone. Other things to note * Bedding for the double sofa bed must be requested in advance, with a small fee applicable. * Ideal for guests attending weddings at St. Mary’s Church, The Barns at Old Michelmersh Farm, or Kimbridge Barn. * Paulton's Park and Peppa Pig World are just a 15-minute drive away, perfect for family fun. * The annexe offers quick and easy access to Romsey Abbey, King John’s House, and local independent shops. Nearby Southampton, Winchester, and Salisbury are within easy driving distance. * The area is renowned for beautiful countryside walks, cycling routes, and world famous fly fishing along the River Test.
