With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths this home is the perfect place for your family. 14 m from Toyota Stadium and 57m from ATT Stadium The space The Rustic - Dream Celina House *The Space* Just a short stroll from downtown Celina, Rustic Dream is the perfect place for you and your family. We manage this property and love making our guests feel special and taken care of. This house is in downtown Celina and it has the perfect blend of small-town vibes with some of the big city benefits (local shops and restaurants). LIVING AREA The living room features a couch, a chair, and a futon that can also be used to sleep. With large windows providing plenty of natural light, the place has a nice view of the backyard and access to it. A TV, Jenga and Atari video game available creating an ideal setting for entertaining. There is also a full bathroom near the living area. KITCHEN The kitchen and dining space is truly the heart of the home. It is set up to seat eight comfortably and is fully stocked for everything from casual snacks to more elaborate meals. A perfect space to gather and play some games, sip wine, have coffee, a hot chocolate or cook. We've stocked the kitchen with everything you need: - Coffee Machine (with some pods) - Microwave - Stove - Refrigerator/ Freezer - Dishwasher +soap - Blender - Sandwich Maker - Air fryer - Tea Kettle - Spices for cooking - Bakeware - Wine glasses - Dish Soap A STARTER supply of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, coffee K-pods, hot chocolate, firewood, salt and pepper is provided for your stay. s SLEEPING AREAS Each of the three bedrooms is designed for rest and flexibility. Room #1 Queen Sized Bed, Dresser, Big Closet, TV, Air purifier, Small Nightstand, a Chair to read books, and a Diffuser for Essential Oils. A pack-and-play is also available for use with bedsheets. All rooms have a luggage rack for guests. Room #2 It has a full-size bed, dresser, nightstands, TV, air purifier, and an essential oil diffuser. Room #3 This room had a Single Daybed with a trundle, office desk and shelves with books and games. This room can also be used as an office. All bedrooms offer a similar set of amenities: Premium Pillows, organic sheets, extra blankets and pillows. The two bathrooms provide a mix of charm and function, one with an antique tub and vanity, the other with a walk-in shower and modern rustic finish. PATIO The outdoor place is a true haven for fun and relaxation. From the living area, guests can step out to the outdoor kitchen and enormous backyard. Enjoy peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee. We also have a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack Chairs - wood available for cold days. Propane Grill, mini fridge, sink and stove available outdoor. Propane is provided for gas grill. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. LAUNDRY Washer and dryer available for your use during your stay. We also provide some laundry Detergent. USE OF SECURITY CAMERA The property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras as used to protect the property and our guests and to make sure our no-parties' policies are being adhered to. There are no cameras inside the house. CRITTERS We have regular pest control company that takes good care of the house and the outside. Please know Celina and the surrounded cities are growing cities and you might experience some construction on the roads. - A train runs through downtown Celina occasionally and can be seen and heard from the property. Other things to note OCCUPANCY - The maximum occupancy for our house is 6 guests. We kindly ask you that you do not exceed this limit for the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Occupancy exceeding 6 will result in eviction without refund and extra charge. PET We are a pet-friendly place. However, there is a FEE of $130 and we only allow 2 pets only. EARLY CHECK-IN: $30 based on availability LATE CHECK-OUT: 12:00pm = $30 1:00pm = $40 2:00pm = $50 (Based on availability) - No Smoking, no vaping, no fireworks, no parties allowed. - Furniture and Decor are subject to change without notice. - A train runs through downtown Celina occasionally and can be heard from the property.
