Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Surfside Beach of Freeport, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a minute drive or 5 minute walk to Surfside Beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Parking: There is room for 6 cars in the driveway. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-concept living area, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The large kitchen allows for easy meal prep, and the dining area seamlessly flows into the living room, creating a perfect space for sharing stories and laughter. Down the hall, you'll find comfortable sleeping quarters for your whole group. Two bedrooms offer king-sized beds for a luxurious sleep, while another boasts a queen and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for families. The fourth bedroom features a set of full-over-full bunk beds, making it perfect for the younger crew. But the fun doesn't stop indoors! Head downstairs to the expansive backyard, where there's plenty of space for yard games, BBQs, and enjoying the fresh Texas air.
