You can walk into town for coffee, dining, one- of-a-kind shopping, hit the gym, or stroll along the river. Local trails will take you into the stunning Catskills woods. And, in the summer, there’s no better place to be than in the sparkling waters of the Delaware River. Living Room: Two full size couches, one is a truly comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and topper. 55" TV with access to streaming services. Kitchen & Dining: A full kitchen with all the essentials—plus a dining table that seats 6. Climate Control: Control operated heating and cooling mini-split system for individualized climate control. Bathroom: A luxurious walk-in shower stocked with towels and toiletries. Enclosed Porch: 2-person hot tub, bistro table, couch, and TV. Extras: Washer/dryer, yoga mat, basketball, pickle ball set, soccer ball, catchers mitts, puzzles, board and lawn games. Outdoor: Smokeless Solo Stove, BBQ, and Adirondack chairs Guest access Adjoined to the space you're enjoying, the hosts keeps a makers studio for fabricating high end architectural interiors. Rest assured, the space is separated by a 24-inch thick wall with air-gapped industrial soundproofing so there is no risk of disruption during your stay. Other things to note •The driveway is plowed and walkway salted. Please note that our plowing company will arrive to plow after any storm that produces more than 3" of snow. This could also mean they plow at 3AM • Narrowsburg can experiences power outages esp. during wind or snow events. In our experience the power is restored pretty quickly within a couple hours. This also goes for Verizon (internet carrier) and they act swiftly as well to restore the internet service. This said, we do not refund for these types of outages. In the event an outage is prolonged greater than 8 hours, we will deduct your payment for that day of your stay
