Built in 1921, this beautifully renovated home is conveniently nestled in the peaceful, Huning Highlands neighborhood in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The space There are 4, spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a sun room, a formal living room, dining room, work space and kitchen. There is also a large outdoor deck with a grill and eating area, a hot tub and sitting area around a fire pit. You will notice that each room has a name, the primary suite is named after the Korber family who built the home. The other three bedrooms are designed and named after our three children. Other things to note Right in the heart of downtown, there is quite a bit to do in the immediate area or you can hop on the Rail Runner and take a trip to Santa Fe for the day! Take a stroll through Old Town to take in the centuries old adobe buildings stopping in the many New Mexican eateries serving enchiladas and sopaipilla pastries.
