My apartment is in EL BORN, a renovated neighborhood that is characterized by its narrow medieval streets, where you will find designer boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and cocktail bars. The building is located on a narrow and quiet street, almost in front of the Plaza de Sant Cugat. Its location is perfect, as it is very close to the best cultural activities, markets and food services. Being an interior floor, it is quiet and safe, with little natural light. The space The apartment, located in a completely renovated building, retains traditional architectural elements such as original beams, Catalan vaulted ceilings, and wooden shutters. The laminated floating floor and modern furniture create a comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The apartment has a double bed, a double sofa bed, a dining table, and chairs. Two windows overlook a light well. Guest access The apartment has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a full kitchen. It is located on a mezzanine, which is accessed by stairs with a few steps. The apartment enjoys a privileged location, just 100 meters from the emblematic Santa Catarina Market and 300 meters from the Born cultural center, the Picasso Museum and other attractions in the historic center. It is also 500 meters from Barcelona Cathedral, Ciutadella Park, the Arc de Triomphe and 10 blocks from the beach, in the Barceloneta area. The area is well connected by subway, bus and train, with the Francia Station terminal very close by. Other things to note The rental price includes all expenses. However, to ensure responsible consumption, we have set a monthly limit of €60 for electricity (average consumption of €40) and €70 for water (average consumption of €60). Any consumption that exceeds these limits will be charged to the guest. THE MINIMUM STAY IS 31 NIGHTS
