Cocobana Apartment #7 is a 2 bedroom apartment, located in a small resort with a beautiful tropical garden and great swimming pool in front of the door. The space The apartment is in a small resort (Cocobana Resort), on the ground floor, directly by the pool. There are 2 bedrooms, both with a shower, sink and toilet in the bedroom. In the hall, there is a guest toilet as well as a room with a washing machine. Guest access You have the entire apartment at your disposal. Other things to note Please note: The stay does not include a deposit of €300. This must be paid before check-in, via an AirBnB payment request. Your consumption of water and electricity will be settled afterwards, as well as the tourist tax, 7% on the nightly rate. This must be paid in Curaçao. For stays of 14 days or more, the deposit is increased to €500 and an interim cleaning per week is mandatory (€50 each time, including changing bed linen and towels). Water and electricity are very expensive on an island like Curaçao, so it is customary here to charge this separately. In this way, you can decide for yourself how you want to deal with this.
