This villa is located in a tranquil neighbourhood surrounded by hills, and has a sparkling pool just appropriate for the mid day dip and big lawns for either lazing with books or capturing spectacular sceneries. Go out from our place with one of our bicycles to ride around the picturesque trails of Kasauli, or take a pleasant stroll through town. Have an evening BBQ party under moonlight then enjoy listening to stories and laughter while sitting beside bonfire. Every minute at Cas Mir is meant to be exciting, ensuring that your stay will never be forgotten like the view does. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 (King-size Bed) This bedroom is set on the ground floor. Includes an AC, heater, Wi-Fi, TV, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Balcony. BEDROOM 2 (King-size Bed) This bedroom is set on the first floor. Includes an AC, heater, Wi-Fi, TV, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Common Balcony. BEDROOM 3 (King-size Bed) This bedroom is set on the first floor. Includes an AC, heater, Wi-Fi, TV, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom, Attached Common Balcony. BEDROOM 4 (King-size Bed) This bedroom which is also an attic is set on the second floor. Includes an AC, heater, Wi-Fi, TV, extra mattress, and a wardrobe. Ensuite Bathroom. BATHROOMS (Private) There are 4 ensuite bathrooms. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries. LIVING ROOMS & DINING AREA (Ground & First Floor) There are two living rooms - on the ground and first floor each. The one on the ground floor includes an AC, Wi-Fi, fireplace, patio, and smart TV. The other one includes Wi-Fi and a heater. The living room on the ground floor comes with a separate dining area. KITCHEN Guests may access the kitchen only for reheating purposes. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, an electric kettle, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN (Private) There is a 120x15 ft. lawn that comes with a gazebo and views of the hills. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit in the gazebo which can seat up to 10 people. POOL (Private) One of the gems of the property is this outdoor pool that is 15x20 ft. in size and its depth ranges from 2.5 to 4.5 ft. It overlooks the lush mountains and surroundings offering a rejuvenating escape from the mundane. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the office area. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged for the guests at an extra charge of Rs. 1500 per hour. - Hookah can be provided at an extra charge of Rs. 1500 per session. - Guests can access the bicycle kept at the property for no additional charge. - Laundry facilities can be provided at an additional charge as per actuals. - A karaoke setup can be arranged for the guests for no additional charge.
