Our quiet, residential street faces open hiking trails in hills, and our Los Corrales neighborhood is a favorite, tucked -away corner of the southeastern perimeter of this small, historic, 'ole California' city. Not only close enough to the popular hiking trails, it connects to the biking and horse riding trails to local parks, childrens playgrounds, Capistrano beach and its' recreational amenities, and further exploring SoCal scenery. Newly redecorated in 2021, the plantation shuttered window facing open hills on lovely cul-de-sac in architect's & artist's home in equestrian trails community of Los Corrales. WIFI, shared hallway bath with double sink & shower also redesigned. Property has huge backyard with plenty of outdoor, intimate seating spots to take advantage of, as well as backyard recreational amenities. A 30 sec walk across street to open hiking popular city trails, and horse or bike trails to beach or historic downtown. Can also walk 15-20 minutes into town and the Los Rios Historic 'Ole California' street with trendy tea house, cafes, boutiques, and a boutique movie theatre across the railroad tracks. A train ride away from San Diego or Los Angeles, or further north along the coast. A few steps up the street from the AMTRAK and METROLINK train station is the legendary Swallows Inn cowboy bar with dancing & live bands, just a few steps from the entrance to the Jewel of the California Missions. The bike or jog trail to beach takes you to Doheny State Beach in Dana Pt, with water sport equipment rentals such as jet skis, SUP boards, surfboards, kayaks, and beach cruisers or covered buggies. And 2 additional popular beach cities, San Clemente (pier & great surfing) and Laguna Beach (boardwalk, art colony & south of France style flair). Love international visitors & have hosted students & guests from many countries, including Jamaica, Germany, Italy, France, Peru, Brazil, Taiwan, Tahiti, and Hong Kong.
