Upstairs galley kitchen with 2 person dining nook in adjacent living room, downstairs very large bedroom with queen size bed and full size futon, with gorgeous walkout ocean views all around. Upstairs living room has gorgeous ocean views accommodated by balconies. Upstairs over sized bedroom boasts a king size bed surrounded by palm and garden views accommodated by a balcony. Slider to roof is for fire access only. Guest access Duplex “Pelican( downstairs) and Flamingo(upstairs) are offered as a complete rental for 4 guests, up to 2 additional guests may be accommodated on Futon in downstairs bedroom for additional $35 per additional guest per night. Maximum of 6 guests. This downstairs Pelican unit can be rented separately for 2 guests+. This separate 2+ guest rental of Pelican unit only is available on our Pelican site. At this time Flamingo upstairs unit is not available as an independent unit as it needs to be accessed through bottom unit. Other things to note Water is not potable, bottled water is provided. Best to keep a jug cold in refrigerator as tap runs room temp.
