King Hill Villa at Mudjin Harbor!

Many locals claim, "King Hill Villa @ Mudjin Harbor has the best view in all of Turks and Caicos". Located at the highest point on Middle Caicos with a stunning 360 degree view including the Ocean, Coastline, Dragon Cay, Sunsets/Sunrises, and Infinity Lap Pool. This luxurious villa is set in paradise w/ 3 bedroom suites, hot tub facing the sea and sunset, Italian marble floors, 3 terraces - with beaches, snorkeling, whale-watching, bird-watching, swimming & fishing right on your doorstep. The space This spacious (4,000 sq ft) villa was built in 2007 as a luxury home by the owner of the entire Mudjin Harbor area, and we have been privileged to have it as our home for the last few months. The villa is very well equipped for Caribbean living. Details of facilities are listed below as well as other amenities. We recently had a magnificent new Swimming Pool built with unbelievable views of the ocean. The open plan living and dining area: A spacious open plan room on the ground floor with spectacular views along the coast in both directions. There are 3 comfy sofas, a large TV screen with DVD and surround sound system. There are also a number of puzzles and games for entertainment. The dining area accommodates 6 – 8 people and enables you to dine, while also enjoying the view. The Kitchen: A well-equipped modern kitchen for all your culinary needs. Situated on the ground floor, it has marble worktops and plenty of storage space for food and drink. It has all the comforts of home with a coffee filter machine (and cafetière) and other appliances: electric oven, induction hob, integrated microwave, large fridge/freezer (New as of May of 2024), and a new Bosch dishwasher. There is an island in the middle of the kitchen for food preparation which also houses a built-in food processor. There is a large, high quality, Berkey gravity-fed water filter which ensures that you have safe and chemical-free water to drink. (We much prefer this to the water you buy in plastic containers.) The Master Bedroom suite: This is a very large room upstairs. It has a very comfortable queen-size bed with the most spectacular view looking out to the sea in one direction and also towards the sun rise in the East. In season, you can lie in bed with your morning tea or coffee, and watch humpback whales breaching and long-tailed tropic birds swooping over the cliffs. There is also a pair of high quality 22x binoculars for your personal use on a large tripod, through which you can watch flamingos feeding in the local pond, or pelicans flying over the Dragon Cay. The master has a digital TV, DVD player, and 2 pieces of gym equipment. As in the other two bedroom suites, there are 2 comfy chairs, 2 chest of drawers, bedside tables, a table with chairs to sit at, a fridge and At the West end of the room, you walk through sliding doors onto the top terrace where you can lie in the sun on the two sun loungers or enjoy a sun-downer taking in the sunset. From that same balcony you can watch flamingos feeding in the local pond or pelicans flying over Dragon Cay. Through another set of sliding doors is an ‘infinity’ hot tub which looks north to the ocean and offers spectacular views of the sunset to the West. The spacious en-suite bathroom has extra cupboard space with a plentiful supply of towels and beach towels. There is also a basin sink in a long vanity unit, 2 roomy walk-in ‘his and her’ hanging cupboards, a capacious tiled shower and a toilet separated by swinging doors. The Sunrise Suite (Tan - East) Wake up to glorious sunrises in the spacious East Bedroom Suite, located conveniently downstairs off the living area. This inviting suite boasts stunning east and north-facing views, filling the room with beautiful morning light. You'll find a very comfortable queen-size bed, bedside tables, a TV with DVD player, two cozy chairs, a personal fridge, a large chest of drawers, and a walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom offers a refreshing shower, toilet, and a sunken basin with built-in storage, all stocked with a plentiful supply of towels and beach towels. The Sunset Suite (Blue West) Discover The Sunset Suite (Blue West), accessible via a convenient side door or through sliding doors from the screened terrace. This suite boasts wonderful views of Dragon Cay and is equipped with a very comfortable queen-size bed, two bedside tables, two chairs with a small table, a fridge, a large chest of drawers, and a walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a shower with an elegant long-tailed tropic bird engraving on the door, a toilet, and a sunken basin, along with a plentiful supply of towels and beach towels. The Downstairs Powder Room: Just to the right of the front door there is a downstairs powder room with a toilet and newer sink. Utility/Laundry Area: Just beyond the downstairs toilet, you'll find our convenient Washroom. This area is equipped with a new LG front-loading washing machine and a Maytag dryer for your use. We've also provided shopping bags and a large cooler, perfect for packing picnics for the beach. Amenities & Scenic Terraces Your villa is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Outside, enjoy a Weber gas BBQ and a variety of beach chairs. Inside, stay connected with cutting-edge Starlink Gen 3 Satellite Wi-Fi, seamlessly distributed by a TP-Link Deco Mesh system. Comfort is key, with four new A/C units (installed within the last year) in all three bedrooms and the main living area, plus multiple fans in every room. The large, open-plan living space offers a surround sound system with in-ceiling speakers, ready for your Bluetooth devices. Beyond the interior, explore three terraces on different levels, each presenting diverse and breathtaking views. Two of these, the pool deck and front porch, feature large dining tables and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Guest access Guest access The whole of the villa is yours, except for one small upstairs room, a few cabinets in the Master Bathroom an a few cabinets in the Kitchen are closed off, as it contains our personal possessions. The cleaning room under the steps, garage and other outdoor store rooms are also not available for use. Other things to note Pure Drinking Water: Our villa features a unique rainwater collection system, gathered from the roof and stored in a large cistern. For your peace of mind and convenience, we've provided an extremely high-quality Berkey gravity-fed water filter in the kitchen. Just fill it with tap water, and you'll have delicious, purified drinking and cooking water – a much preferred alternative to bottled water! Superior Internet Access: Stay connected with our top-notch internet service. Powered by a Starlink Satellite dish and distributed throughout the house with a modern Tri-Band Mesh System, you'll enjoy the best possible internet access available on the island.
