Owners house is downstairs but typically I am not there. Other things to note Upstairs apartment has all the amenities of home. The deck has an amazing view with Bambarra Beach on the horizon, always a breeze! There is a queen sized bed and a queen pull out sofa. Perfect for a couple or a small family with young kids. Access by lockbox - no contact. No on site manager. Owner easily contacted if needed.
