Water’s Edge Guest Studio is ideal for people who want to simply relax in nature or enjoy an adventurous week exploring Bottle Creek, North and Middle Caicos. Water’s Edge sits on 5 acres with stunning views of Bottle Creek and pathways that meander down to the water front. Kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear are provided. Ferry runs 3-5 times daily and flights MWF, to and from Providenciales The space Water’s Edge Estate consists of a main house, a studio and a cottage set on 5 wooded acres. Each space is very private and has its own deck area and pathway leading down to the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, there are plenty of different areas for guests to relax and enjoy so you never need to interact with anyone if you don’t want to. People choose this place for the outstanding beauty, peacefulness and privacy that it offers and guests are reminded to be respectful of this. The studio has AC and is very comfortable, but it is the outdoor areas that really make the place so special. (There are rarely any mosquitos because of the wonderful ocean breeze). You can wake up early in the morning, and sit on your private balcony, or wander down to the waterfront to enjoy your coffee and watch the sunrise. Go for lunch at Mudjin Harbor and enjoy a day on one of the most stunning beaches in the world. Then come home and enjoy a bbq/drinks in the evening and relax and watch the stars. Or, you can visit one of the local bars or restaurants and learn what life is and used to be like on North and Middle Caicos from the welcoming and super friendly locals. Guest access There are dedicated pathways and deck areas for each unit on the estate. Each unit is private. Other outdoor areas are shared but with 400 ft of waterfront and 5 acres, there is plenty of space for everyone to have their own secluded area to sit and relax. Other things to note You need to book your ferry and car rental ahead of time. Please let me know if you need assistance doing so. The ferry runs 5 times per day to and from North Caicos, except for Sundays and bank holidays when it runs less frequently. The ferry schedule can be found online via Caribbean Cruising. Private charters are also available for drop and pick up but can be expensive. If you are doing a private boat charter, for example through Okeanos Charters, you can request a drop off on North Caicos. There are also flights from PLS to North Caicos that run MWF. Note that we also have a cottage to rent for couples traveling together. We have accomodation for up to 4 guests total in cottage and studio.
