The house is over 3000 square feet of living space, with a two car garage. 3 bedrooms, With a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds, Pull out sofa in the living room, and a day bed with a tindel, in the second living room. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. There's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The house features modern amenities like WiFi, USB receptacles, 65” smart TV’s, electric fireplace, a washing machine and dryer, an iron, hair dryers, Air Conditioning, ice makers, coffee bar, and dish washer. You'll also find two bathrooms with an extra large shower and bathtub. Additionally, there is a large screened in porch (Lanai), with beautiful views, plenty of seating and places to relax. 4 miles from Lucaya national park, with Blue holes and natural caves. Kassy’s take out, is just up the road, with amazing food. Bishop’s beach side bar and grill is just a couple miles away. Our beach is also perfect for bone fishing. We also provide fishing poles, snorkel gear, beach towels, beach toys and coffee. Games - Chess table, outdoor connect four. We are 20 minutes east of Freeport. The house and beach is incredibly gorgeous and private. It is located 20 minutes from Freeport international airport. And 20 minutes east of Freeport. Freeport has shipping, swimming with dolphins, pigs, and all different amazing restaurants. 1/4 mile from our beach house is Kassy’s restaurant. She has Bahamian food, as well as wings and chicken strips and other great stuff. She also has a beer/liquor store and serves drinks. 2 miles from the house are two side side bar and grills. And there are snorkeling, boating, fishing excursions 15 minutes from the house. Our friend Joe Thomas owns this and I can set you up. My very good friend ramen Bull owns bulls eye car rental, you can rent a car off him, and he will leave it at the airport for you. There is really good snorkeling outside of the house, depending on the tide. And snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards at the house. There are fresh water blue holes and a national park within 10 minutes of the house. I made a book that has QR codes to all the places and directions.
