The apartment includes: 🛏️ 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) ❄️ Air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room 🌬️ Fans in the two additional bedrooms 🚿 2 private bathrooms 🔥 The master bedroom bathroom is the only one with hot water 🛋️ Comfortable living room for relaxing and sharing moments 🪟 Balcony to relax with partial ocean and city views 🧺 Washer and dryer available for your convenience during your stay 💻 Workspace with desk and additional monitor, plus reliable internet connection, ideal for remote workers 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen Designed so you can prepare your meals comfortably, perfect if you prefer staying in and cooking instead of dining out. It includes a rice cooker, air fryer, arepa grill, pot, pan, blender, sandwich maker, tongs, cutlery, basic utensils, and everything needed to prepare almost any meal during your stay. This is a modern, cozy, and completely private space, ideal for a comfortable stay. Two beach towels and portable beach chairs are also provided for your use. 📍 Important Information The building is new, and the social areas were recently delivered for use. Pool hours are as follows: • Opening: 10:00 a.m. • Closed for cleaning and maintenance: 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. • Closing: 6:30 p.m. • Pool staff hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 📅 Weekly maintenance: Mondays (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). The elevators are currently undergoing optimization, so at times they may take slightly longer than usual. We offer special opening rates, ideal for enjoying a completely new apartment at a competitive price in Cartagena. Additional visitors are not permitted during the stay. Access is granted through a code and prior authorization at reception, ensuring a simple and secure check in process. ℹ️ Other Things to Note This is a new space in excellent condition that we normally use as a family guest home, so we especially appreciate guests who take care of and respect it. Families and business travelers are welcome. If you are traveling with children, please note that the balconies do not have safety nets. We kindly ask for extra supervision or consideration before booking. For coexistence and respect toward neighbors, parties, gatherings, and loud music are not allowed. ⚖️ Important Rules and Mandatory Payments 🚫 The apartment may not be used for commercial activities, escort services, or any activities contrary to the tourist accommodation purpose. The apartment is exclusively for lodging registered guests. 🎟️ Upon entering the building, a stay wristband must be purchased for COP 5,000 per person. Payment is accepted only by transfer or card (cash is not accepted). 🚗 The apartment does not include parking. If needed, there is a parking facility located next to the building that you may arrange directly with its owner. 👧 For security policies and child protection regulations, and in compliance with the Childhood and Adolescence Code, any minor entering without their parents must present written authorization signed and notarized by their legal guardians. It is usually used as a guest home for our family, which is why we love welcoming guests who will care for and protect the apartment. We especially welcome families and business travelers. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and the TV room for your comfort. Additionally, there is hot water in the master bedroom shower. Please note, if you are traveling with children, we kindly ask you to be extra cautious with the balconies, as they do not have safety netting. If you're traveling with young children, we would recommend considering an option with safety nets. For security reasons, no unregistered visitors are allowed during your stay.
