Serenia Estancia is a new place with unique privacy to rest, disconnect and recharge. Located in front of the El Peñol dam with a great view of a nature reserve. Experience arrival and departure by private boat (included in the rate) in just 20 minutes, from the Navegar marina to Serenía Estancia. The latest time to leave the Navegar marina is 5:00 PM due to a sailing restriction after 6:00 PM. The space Independent cabin, totally private, has a king bed 1.80 meters wide by 1.90 meters long, sofa bed 1.40 meters wide, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, refrigerator, bathroom with hot water, smart TV, 360-degree swivel, Starlink Wi-Fi, natural wood deck with spa jacuzzi with hydromassage, fire pit and BBQ grill, with the best view of the dam and a nature reserve. Access by private dock equipped with kayak, with chairs, oars and life jackets. For unlimited use by guests. Guest access Guests can use the entire cabin and its surroundings, the private dock, and make use of the dam until the permitted time 6PM. Other things to note Serenia does not have a restaurant service.
