We are located in the heart of San Martin de los Andes, meters from Lake Lacar and 500 meters from the civic center and surrounding shops. Our apart-hotel units are fully equipped to make your vacation comfortable while being close to everything. We have a large park, mountain views and a heated pool for use in season. The services offered are at no additional cost. The space The two-bedroom units are spread over two floors. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with two single beds. It has a fireplace, 3 LED TVs, and linens. Guest access Our complex is characterized by its spacious park, outdoor heated pool, a small gym, quincho with grills, parking. THE USE IS SHARED. We provide quality white clothes, crockery and all the utensils needed to enjoy the stay. The heating of the units is by radiators. We have fans available. Wifi works in all common areas with limited access at some points. Guests can use all of these amenities at no additional cost.
