Perfect for multi-generational vacations or small families who like a lot of space (like us!). Our Story: We first traveled with our kids to Orlando when they were really young. We fell in love with Orlando’s magic and wanted to create a space where families can make their own memories together, like we have as a family, so we decided to go “all in” and buy a villa near Disney World and Universal Studios. We’re thrilled and humbled to share it with you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (with the exception of a few locked closets). Other things to note 🏡 HOUSE RULES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION This is our privately owned vacation home, not a corporate rental. We kindly ask guests to treat it with care and respect. 👥OCCUPANCY AND CONDUCT • No parties, events, or unauthorized guests • No loud music or disruptive behavior (resort quiet hours enforced) • No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (including the driveway, side and backyard). Evidence of smoking will result in a $1,500 remediation fee. • No pets of any kind allowed. We take this very seriously and will result in a $1,000 deep cleaning fee and removal from the property. Any damage or missing items may be charged at replacement cost. 🚗 PARKING • Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the driveway • Street parking is prohibited by the resort and may result in towing • Additional guest parking is available a short walk away 🏊 POOL & SPA (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY) • Pool heat is optional: $50/day ($250/week, $450/2 weeks, $550/month) • Must be requested before arrival • Heat cannot be turned on/off during your stay • Pool heated to 85°F. Spa heated to 99°F Important notes: • The spa is attached to the pool and is not a standalone hot tub • Spa heat works only when pool heat is activated • When spa is heating, pool temperature may temporarily decrease • If outdoor temperatures drop below 50°F, the heater automatically shuts off to prevent damage. During those rare periods, water may not reach set temperatures. The pool is serviced weekly (typically Thurs or Fri). Technicians will access the backyard from the side but will never enter the home. 🔥 BBQ GRILL Use of the BBQ is complimentary. • Guests are responsible for propane refills • Two tanks are provided, but propane levels are not guaranteed • Please clean the grill after each use • If left excessively dirty, a $40 cleaning fee may apply 🏖 RESORT AMENITIES Solterra Resort charges a one-time $35 fee per stay (covers 12 guests) if you choose to access clubhouse amenities (lazy river, resort pool, fitness center, courts, etc.). This fee is paid directly to the resort and is optional. 🔌EV CHARGER Complimentary use of our Level 2 Universal EV charger (compatible with Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles). 🦌 WILDLIFE The home backs onto a conservation area. Enjoy viewing wildlife from a safe distance. Please do not feed any animals. 👶 CHILD SAFETY We provide a crib, pack n’ play, high chair, baby bath, plastic dishware, stair safety gates (at the top and bottom of the stairs), and pool safety fence. However, children must be supervised at all times, especially around water.
