All the furniture has been carefully selected, and comfortable mattress and pillows will quickly accompany you into sweet dreams. The biggest feature of this house are comfort, economy and convenience. All of my houses have hosted countless guests from South America, including Brazil and Argentina. You will always be welcome here! The space Here are some questions that guests frequently ask: 1. This house is only 0.6 miles from Walmart and 2.9 miles from Target, surrounded by countless shops and restaurants. 2. This is one of the closest houses to Disney World. From this house: To the Disney Animal Kingdom is 3.1 miles, To the Disney Hollywood Studios is 5 miles, To the Disney Epcot is 6.3 miles, To the Disney Magic Kingdom is 6.5 miles, To the Disney Springs is 5.2 miles, To the Sea World is 13 miles, To the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is 17 miles, To the Universal Studios is 15 miles, To the Holy Land Experience is 17 miles, To the Outlets is 8.6 miles, To the Orange Convention Center is 13 miles, To the Orlando International Airport is 22 miles. 3. Whether you’re going to Disney World, Universal Studios, or SeaWorld, there is no public transportation available from here. If you're going to a lot of places or other cities, I recommend renting a car. If you're just going to a few tourist attractions, like Disney, Universal studios, and sea world, then Uber or Lyft is a good choice. Because the parking fees in these places are not less than $20 per day. 4. There is a king sized bed here. The size of the mattress is 80 x 76 inches (203cm x 193cm). 5. It's very convenient to take Uber or Lyft here. Taxis can not only enter our community, but also directly reach the door of my house. If you have ordered catering, it can also be delivered through the community gate directly to the front door of this house. 6. The bathroom is equipped with hair dryer, bath towels, washcloths, body wash, and shampoo. You need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. 7. Guests can park a car for free here. The car can be parked in front of my house, or it can be parked a little further away from my house (it won't take more than a minute to walk). In short, the parking space is sufficient. Some guests arrive early and want to park their car here before taking an Uber or Lyft to the park — that’s absolutely no problem. 8. Guests can use the community's swimming pool (including massage bathtub) for free, and work hours are from 6 AM to 8 PM. It is open all year round. You can also use the fitness center for free. They are located directly opposite my house, and it only takes One Minute to walk. 9. If guests arrive early or leave late, we offer free luggage storage. At 8:00 am on the day guests are about to check-in, we will send them a detailed check-in guide that includes instructions on how to store their luggage, where to store it, and the code for the storage room. 10. Each bedroom door is equipped with a SCHLAGE smart lock, one of the most prestigious brands in the American industry. Every guest will access their room using a unique code that is entirely different from everyone else’s, so guests can check in at any time after the designated check-in time, even at midnight. The only thing to note is to keep as quiet as possible at night. 11. If guests purchase items online, Their package can be delivered directly to the front door of my house.  The only thing to note is that USPS will not deliver packages to our community, while UPS or FedEx have no problem. Except for valuable items that require personal signature, the delivery driver will leave the package at the entrance of this house after taking a photo. The delivery driver will send the photo to the orderer's email. If the orderer sends us those photos and recipient information through the Airbnb App and the housekeeper happens to be cleaning the house here around noon, she can help the orderer bring the package into the house. This is a free service, and we are very happy to do it for guests. However, it should be noted that we don't have dedicated personnel here to collect and store packages for guests throughout the day. 12. Some young people often ask: how old do you have to be to book this house? Our answer is, as long as you’ve completed registration on Airbnb and have no negative reviews, you’re welcome to send us a booking request. Here are some important things to pay special attention to: 1. This is a special type in the entire house. You have a bedroom, a private bathroom and a kitchenette here. The kitchenette (no stove) has a refrigerator, microwave, small oven and electric kettle. The kitchenette is also equipped with plates, bowls, cups, knives, forks, and 3-in-1 instant coffee. It should be emphasized that this house is completely unsuitable for those who have high demands for cooking. However, apart from sharing stairs and hallways with other guests, you will have the entire space. We need to repeat here again that the bathroom is private, not shared. It is in the bedroom, not outside the bedroom. Actually, it looks like a mini hotel. 2. Just like most American houses, this house is not built with steel and cement, so its sound insulation effect is not so good.People who have trouble sleeping, please do not book this house. 3. We usually set the air conditioning temperature to 72-73 degrees Fahrenheit. So guests cannot adjust the temperature of the A/C freely. Although ceiling fan is installed in the room, guests with special requirements for A/C temperature should not book this room. 4. This room is located on the second floor. Since there is no elevator, people with heavy luggage and difficulty walking are advised not to book. 5. Compared with houses that are priced much higher, the space here is indeed relatively small. The sink in this room is also about 3–4 inches higher than those in typical houses. In any case, do not book my place impulsively just because of its low price. 6. Due to the poor sound insulation of this house, we do not accept children under the age of 5. Thank you for your understanding! 7. The laundry room is for housekeeper use only, not for guests. 8. Smoking marijuana indoors is absolutely NOT ALLOWED. High decibel music is NOT ALLOWED. Parties of any kind are NOT ALLOWED. Guests' visitors are NOT ALLOWED in.
