Peaceful & quiet master bedroom

A private master bedroom, with a king size bed, in a safe and quiet suburb. You share the home with the host, one roommate, one dog, and an occasional guest. The home is typically very quiet, with working professional adults. No kids in the home. Enjoy all the amenities that you would get from staying in a single family home: private room with private bathroom, wifi, shared common areas (kitchen, dining, TV/living room, and sunroom) and free parking. The space Guests have access to their own private master bedroom with a king size bed. Can accommodate up to two people (one bed). Room includes a private bathroom with standing shower. Room is lockable, includes high speed internet, with double closets with hangers and a dresser for storage, with a desk and Roku TV. Bathroom includes toiletries, hair dryer and towels. Long term rental is acceptable and laundry is available on site if needed for longer stays. Service dogs always accepted. Other pets may be considered (there’s already one dog on site, FYI). Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, which includes their private bedroom, private bathroom, and shared common areas: kitchen, dining room, tv room and sunroom. Guests share the home with me, your host, and my dog, Truffles, a 25 lb cocker spaniel. She’s calm and loves people and non-aggressive dogs. During your stay You will share the home with your host and her dog, a 25 lb cocker spaniel Truffles. You may also share the home with other guests. Other things to note Check-in time: anytime after 4 pm. Check-out time: 12 pm Pets - 1 dog maximum. Sorry, no cats. Please note that you will share the home with me, your host, and my sweet dog, Truffles. My dog will be in my care the whole time and she will not be allowed in your room. Also, she loves pets and people! She doesn’t bite and is house-trained. She hardly barks. Feel free to pet her and say hi. If you rather not interact with my dog, just ignore her and she will get the hint and leave you alone. I grew up in the area and happy to answer any of your questions!
