Futura is a design accommodation in the center of Sorrento. The property has two Suites which can each accommodate up to 4 guests. Furnished in a modern and contemporary style, the two suites are embellished with high quality furniture and appliances. The shared terrace has two private whirlpool tubs, one for each suite and it is equipped with private sofas and sun loungers. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Gulf of Naples and Sorrento. The space The Funky House Suite can accommodate up to 4 guests in a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. - The master bedroom has a large bed with a wall embellished with a colored mosaic behind it. On the opposite wall there is a 42-inch smart TV, a shelf/desk to use as a workstation, and an open wardrobe. The balcony gives access to a private terrace overlooking the sea equipped with chairs, table and sofa - The open space living room is furnished with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV cabinet with wall-mounted smart television and is separated from the kitchen by a spacious peninsula where you can dine and have lunch with family or friends. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and has a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. A second small terrace, facing the internal side, is accessible through the living room. Outside it is possible to access the common laundry area with washing machine and dryer available to customers for an extra fee. Guest access Check In available from 2pm to 9pm Check Out must be done by 10am However, a late check-in can be arranged upon request after 9:00 PM, with an additional cost: - €30 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight - €50 for arrivals after midnight. This fee is to compensate the colleague who will welcome you outside working hours.
The extra fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. All Guests must provide a valid Identity Document for the registration with State Police. Tourist Tax € 4,00 day/person for a maximum of 7 days must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt. Other things to note Near the property there is the Ulysse car park where you can park your car for a price of 30€ per day.
