Our stellar four bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home has a private pool and hot tub in The Currituck Club in Corolla, North Carolina. Bring the whole family to this amazing beach getaway! The Real Escape is close to everything that Corolla has to offer and is less than a mile from groceries, restaurants, and other main attractions. This beach house is in the Currituck Club, a family friendly neighborhood with multiple community pools, tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard courts, golfing, Tiki bar and a Trolley service that can shuttle your family to and from the beach! Three free beach parking areas are a 10 minute drive away. House Layout: 1st Floor – This is where you'll find most of the sleeping quarters - Queen en suite bedroom with private deck access and SmartTV - Queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with a pyramid bedroom with SmartTV - Pyramid bunk room that has a bonus twin trundle and SmartTV. This bunk room can access the deck and the back porch easily. 2nd floor – This is where all the entertaining will happen! Our home boasts an open floor plan with room for the whole fam! - King Master en suite bedroom/bathroom with a soaking tub - Large sectional sofa, big screen SmartTV - Dining area - Kitchen with plenty of seating for large and/or multi-families. - Access to the large patio with gorgeous sunset views and a grill for cooking meals outside! Sit and relax while taking in the sunset with a glass of wine. This space is perfect for entertaining, cooking a family meal, or just relaxing after a day at the beach! Outdoor Space - Private in-ground pool - Private hot tub - There are multiple seating areas for enjoying the pool or soaking in the sun. There is also an outside dining table for eating meals by the pool. - EV outlet for free charging! Guests in the Currituck Club may enjoy: *Community pools (open early May-mid October) *Playground *Fitness center *Basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis courts *Outdoor Fitness stations *5+ miles of community space to safely walk, bike or run *Rees Jones award-winning golf course, practice putting green, and driving range (extra cost, contact club for rates) *Club House with pro shop and restaurant *PGA instruction (contact club for rates) *Trolley & beach valet service (Memorial Day to Labor Day) *Beach access with bathrooms, outdoor showers, golf cart & vehicle parking, and snack bar. Umbrella & beach chair rentals are also available. Inquire at the Snack Shack for rental information. For access to community amenities, guests can pick up wristbands at the Tiki bar or at the Fitness center office. This property has 2 exterior parking spots for guest use. Overflow parking is available. There are a couple of locked closets marked "Private" where we keep our belongings so please do not access those spaces :) The driveway has parking for 2 cars. RVs,trailers, and overnight street parking are not allowed in the Currituck Club.
